MLM business building  is not selling.  It’s a people to people relationship.

The phone rings just when you are sitting down to dinner.  It’s a salesman.  Do you feel how annoying that is?  We don’t like to be sold to. And you don’t want to do that to anyone else.
And you certainly don’t want to build a business that way.
But this is the way most companies teach you to do it. Sell and close.

If nobody wants to be sold, how can you build a business that way? What works is to build a relationship with people.  Learn to listen and understand their frustrations.  Find out what they really want in life.  Work together to help them achieve their dreams. This is a duplicatable system.  You can’t build a business by training people to sell.

Question :  How can I build my MLM business?  How can I get my MLM downline people started?

Why doesn’t your business build?  Why are you losing people?  Frustrated, you ask your upline.  Answer.  You are too fat, need to grow a beard, change your voice, too old, too shy, need to dye your hair, get your 100 no’s, make a list of 1,000 people, buy more leads.  No! It’s not your fault.

I got those answers too.  (Except-grow a beard.)  Wrong.  All wrong.  You don’t need to change.  You are perfect just the way you are.  The problem is the system.

I sponsored and sponsored but never got people started, never got them making money.  The people I signed up were not able to sign up even one person. And I lost them.  I didn’t have a duplicatable system.  Something I could teach them to pass on level after level. 

Never do anything that can’t be duplicated.  You may be brilliant, but if it can’t be done by your downline, don’t do it.  There’s a limit to how far down you can reach, but the system will carry through.
